The AirPortr + Bag Check-In service is only available on scheduled British Airways operated flights from Gatwick, Heathrow and London City airports (not Stansted or Luton). If you have booked your flight through British Airways but it is actually operated by another airline, we cannot offer you the AirPortr + Bag Check-In service. You can check which airline is operating your flight while you're making a booking, and at any time on ba.com Manage My Booking. The service is not available for chartered flights.
We are currently unable to offer AirPortr + Bag Check-In on domestic flights as our systems require passports to verify bookings and domestic flights accept a range of identification documents. However, you can still use the standard AirPortr service to have your bags delivered to the airport. You will just need to collect them from the AirPortr team before you head to check-in and security.
