a) Prior to collection:
If your flight is cancelled prior to collection then your booking can be cancelled or the flight details updated up to 2 hours before pick up free of charge. After 2 hours you will need to pay the full cost of the booking.b) After collection and AirPortr + Bag Check-In bags haven’t been passed to British Airways:
Call AirPortr on +44 (0) 203 384 6677 to let them know your flight has been cancelled. If you have booked AirPortr + Bag Check-In and have been offered an alternative flight and this is another eligible British Airways flight then we can continue to check-in your bag for the revised flight. If the flight is with another carrier or an ineligible British Airways flight, the bags will have to be collected from the airport. AirPortr also offer up to 3 days storage complimentary or you can pay for more, however please note that storage bookings cannot be checked in and will need to be collected from the airport before security.
c) After collection and AirPortr + Bag Check-In bags have been passed to British Airways:
If your flight is cancelled after your bags have been checked in with British Airways you’ll need to contact British Airways to repatriate your bag.
