The Bag Check-In service is only available on scheduled British Airways and American Airlines operated flights from Gatwick and Heathrow airports (not Stansted or Luton). If you have booked your flight through British Airways or American Airlines but it is actually operated by another airline, we cannot offer you the Bag Check-In service. You can check which airline is operating your flight while you're making a booking, and at any time on their online booking management section. The service is not available for chartered flights.
We are currently unable to offer Bag Check-In on domestic flights as our systems require passports to verify bookings and domestic flights accept a range of identification documents. However, you can still use the Airport Delivery service to have your bags delivered to the airport. You will just need to collect them from the AirPortr team before you head to check-in and security.
