If your plans change before we've collected your bags
If your flight is cancelled prior to collection, then you will need to cancel and rebook your AirPortr collection with the updated flight information.
Your bags can be available for collection at our meeting area in departures, where our team can arrange to hand back to you.
If you change your flight after we've collected your bags, but before they are checked-in with the airline, please contact us on + (0)203 384 6677 as early as possible.
If your new flight departs from the same airport, we will re-assign your bags free of charge so that you'll be able to collect from our team in departures and check-in to your new flight, directly with the airline.
If your new flight departs from a different airport, (LHR/ LGW) and you would like us to repatriate your bags to you at that airport, we may need to charge you an amendment fee of £25. Please call us on +44(0)203 384 6677 as early as possible to arrange this.
We will not be able to guarantee delivery to an airport which we do not currently service i.e Stansted / London City Airport.
Please also note that we'll do our best to deliver your baggage within existing timeframes, however, the sooner we're informed the greater chance we have to assist & accomodate your new plans.
If your flight is cancelled, and you would like us to repatriate them to you (re-deliver to London address), we will charge you a repatriation fee of £25.
You may be able to claim this back from your insurance provider. Please call us on +44 (0)203 384 6677 as early as possible to arrange this.
Once your bags have been checked and handed over to the airline you shall receive the IATA luggage tag for each item via Sms and email.
If the flight is cancelled after your bags have been checked in with your Airline you’ll need to make contact with them directly, (quoting your baggage tag number(s) to locate and reclaim your bag.

We also offer up to 3 days storage complimentary or you can arrange to pay for more, however, please note that storage bookings cannot be checked in and will need to be collected from our airport team before security.
