As all bags need to be screened before arriving at the airport we need 7 hours between pick up and either your check-in time (collection/check-in) or meeting time (Airport delivery).
Bookings for bags to be checked in on flights departing <16:00 cannot be collected on the same day of departure, this means a time slot on the evening before your flight is the latest possible option.
To use the Bag Check-In service, you also need to have access to your boarding pass when our driver arrives to accept your luggage.

You can add to your baggage allowance and print or download boarding passes from our partner airlines once they allow you to check-in online:
- British Airways, American Airlines & Virgin Atlantic
Check-in is available from 24 hours before departure.
Check-in is available from 36 hours before departure.
- Cathay Pacific
Check-in is available from 48 hours before departure.
- Easy Jet
Check-in is available from 30 days before departure.

Hotel / Residential/Business: Earliest pickup/delivery available:
- 1 hrs - 6:00 am - 7:00 am
- 3 hrs - 6:00 am - 9:00 am
Latest Pickup/ delivery - available:
- 1 hrs - 10:00 am -11:00pm
- 3 hrs - 8:00 am -11:00pm
Serviced Airport Locations: Earliest pickup/ drop off available:
- 6:00 am - 7:00 am
- Latest 8:30 pm-9:30 pm
AirPortr's online booking form has built-in restrictions so we'll only display options for pick-up /delivery slots that will be available for your flight when making a booking.
If you can't find a pick-up slot, it will most likely be because we cannot guarantee your booking within these time frames.
