We cannot take any bags over 32kg but there are no size restrictions for the Airport Delivery and City Delivery services. However, please let us know if you have any oversized luggage when making a booking.
If you’re using the Bag Check-In service your checked baggage must be within your booked allowance for your flight. You can find this information on your British Airways e-ticket or you can check Manage My Booking on ba.com. It is your responsibility to ensure that your checked bags are within your booked weight. Our drivers will weigh bags for Bag Check-In bookings at the door but as they are hand held scales there is room for error and if they are found to be overweight when being security screened you may need to collect them from the airport.
AirPortr drivers will check your baggage allowance on your boarding pass and only check in this baggage. If you have booked any additional bags with AirPortr that are not within your British Airways allowance or that you haven't already paid to take with you as extra bags, they will be reassigned to the standard service and will need to be collected from the AirPortr team at the airport before security.
