It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure that all checked bags are within their booked weight/ allowance.
Our drivers do not weigh bags for Bag Check-In bookings at the door as handheld scales can provide inaccurate readings.
Your bags will be weighed on calibrated scales when being scanned in our warehouse.
If bags are found to be over the weight limit:
1) (Includes all current Airline Partners except Virgin Atlantic )
We will pay the excess fee to the airline on your behalf and recover the cost once check-in has been completed.
2) We can convert your booking to an AirPortr delivery, where our team will meet you at least 2 hours before departure to handover the item(s) this way you can check-in directly with the airline.
