It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure that all checked bags are within their booked weight/ allowance.
Our drivers do not weigh bags for Bag Check-In bookings at the door as handheld scales can provide inaccurate readings.
Your bags will be weighed on calibrated scales when being scanned in our warehouse.
If bags are found to be over the weight limit:

During collection, we ask you to provide authorisation to pay the excess fee to the airline on your behalf and then recover the cost from your payment card once check-in has been completed and will forward the airline's baggage receipt as evidence of the fee charged.
2) We can convert your booking to an AirPortr delivery, where our team will meet you at least 2 hours before departure to handover the item(s) this way you can check-in directly with the airline. You can do this by informing the driver during pick up or our customer support team.
