Make sure you (and all passengers on the booking) have checked in online at ba.com or using the British Airways app and have a boarding pass available to be scanned by our driver.
Pack your bags, ensuring all baggage is within your checked baggage allowance (quantity, size and weight limits) and don't contain any prohibited items. All passengers with checked baggage need to be present at your selected pick-up address, with their mobile or printed boarding passes and passports. The AirPortr driver will scan all boarding passes to make sure everyone is checked in for their flight.
Please be ready at the beginning of your 1 hour pick up slot. Our drivers can only wait for a maximum of 15 minutes.
