Departing Flights (outbound)
When making your booking you’ll be offered a 1 or 3-hour slot for “home” pick up or delivery.
You must be ready from at the beginning of your slot as our drivers can arrive anytime within this window. (You can track via your account).
FYI: If you book a 3-hour slot - Your booking can only be amended to another 3 hours slot.
To rebook as a 1-hour collection your booking can be cancelled and rebooked up to 3 hours before the start of your pick up slot without a penalty charge (based on availability).
To arrange to pick up your bags at the airport (airport delivery), please notify the driver of the time you plan to arrive at the airport on the day, or this can also be arranged by contacting our customer support team prior to your pickup slot.
At the Airport our team in the terminal will aim to be available from the start of your airport collection slot.
Arriving Flights (Inbound)
Your drop off time will be automatically updated based on the time your flight lands at (+ approx 30 mins to pass through security).
If your flight arrives later than expected, please check the delivery schedule with our team in the terminal before dropping off your bag, as this could have an impact on your pre-booked City delivery slot.
