The online booking form has built-in restrictions to only allow bookings to be placed that we can complete successfully within operational and time constraints. If you cannot find your flight through the Booking form contact customer support for assistance.
- For Bag collection and Check-In, you will need to complete your online booking at least 3 hours before the time you need your bags to be collected, and ensure there is a minimum of 7 hours from the end of the collection slot, to the scheduled departure time of your flight.
- Airport Delivery and City Delivery services must be booked at least 3 hours before the time you need your bags collected. We also require a minimum of 5 hours between the pick-up and delivery time, to carry out our security processes before transferring bags to or from the airport.
- Please note that for bookings made between 7 pm and 7 am the earliest collection time is 10 am.
Update on the City Delivery (London Arrivals) service
Airportr has decided to temporarily suspend its London Arrivals service.
The service has historically required our customers to pick up their bags from the carousel, and clear them through Customs before meeting us to hand over their bags.
This isn’t good enough. We believe that Airportr can deliver a much better service for our customers. One that transforms the post-landing experience, and allows them to zoom through and out of the airport after their flight.
We are ploughing a huge amount of effort into making this a reality, and we look forward to updating you on this exciting new product soon.
