What happens if I miss my flight?

If you are concerned you won't make your flight please contact AirPortr on +44 (0) 203 384 6677 as soon as possible.

If you are using the Bag Check-In service, we may be able to hold your bags from being loaded onto your plane, which will make it easier if you need your bags returned to you or if you need to book a new flight.

If you're not at your boarding gate on time and miss your flight, Our Partner airlines will remove your checked bags before the plane takes off. In this instance, please contact a member of staff for your airline at the airport to obtain your bags using the IATA bag tag receipt that you will have received from AirPortr via email.
