a) Before your bags have been collected:
To update your flight details you'll need to cancel and remake your bookings at least 2 hours before your desired pick-up slot.
If the change request is within a shorter timeframe please contact AirPortr on +44 (0) 203 384 6677 and we'll try and accommodate the request where possible.
b) After your bags have been collected:If you’re using the standard AirPortr service simply call us on +44 (0) 203 384 6677 and we’ll try and amend your airport collection/drop off time on the booking.
If you’re using the Bag Check-In service and you have not received an email to say your bags have been passed over to Your airline for your flight then call us to let us know your new flight information. If the flight is another eligible flight (same airline) then we can continue to check in your bag. If the flight is with another carrier or an ineligible flight, the bags will have to be reassigned to our standard service.
c) Post collection and Bag Check-In bags have been passed over to your Airline to be checked-in for your flight:If your flight is changed after your bags have been checked in you’ll need to contact the airline to repatriate your bag or request they reassign it to the correct flight.
