Where should I meet your representatives if my bags are reassigned?

In the event that we've asked you to meet us at the airport to collect your baggage, our meet-and-greet team will meet you in the following locations:

London Heathrow Terminal 5

Please meet us on the Departure level, under the large " Zone B" sign.

Please note we do not have a permanent stand.
