We will need to verify your boarding pass for the Bag Check-In service.
If you aren't able to check in for your flight to download or print prior to your collection window, we can reassign your bags to our Airport Delivery service for collection at the airport so you can check in your bags yourself directly.
However, if there is another person on your flight that has a boarding pass - your bags may be accepted under their name providing they have the total allowance to cover all check-in items or excess will be charged by the airline.

As Boarding Passes are issued by the Airlines we allow all bookings to be amended to Airport delivery or cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the start of your collection window.
Less than 2 hours before the start of your collection window, you will be charged the 1st bag fee to cover the cost of reserving your slot and sending your driver. We can provide a refund or credit for the balance.
