We will need to verify your boarding pass for the Bag Check-In service.
Boarding Passes are issued by your Airline and will be required by each passenger, to use the bag check-in service. This will help us to confirm passenger identification and flight details, as well as your baggage allowance.

We can convert your booking for “Airport Delivery”, where our Airportr team handover your bags, at least 2 hours before your flight is scheduled to leave. (See Find us at the airport)
However, if there is another person on your flight that has a boarding pass - Your bags may be accepted under their name, providing they have the total allowance to cover all check-in items. Otherwise, an excess fee will be charged by the airline.
If Baggage Pooling is permitted by your airline, as is with Easyjet:
Just the lead passenger is required to be present at the start of your pick up slot, with their passport and group boarding pass. (Please note: All passengers must be on the same flight booking reference)
We provide a full refund for cancellations made up to 2 hours before the start of your collection window. If a booking is cancelled Less than 2 hours before the start of your collection window, there will be a cancellation fee charged, equal to the cost of standard collection, and issue a refund or a credit for your next booking.
