Unfortunately, we can't check-in your bag if it is fitted with a non-removable battery.
This is due to new restrictions enforced by our airline Partners from the 15th of January 2018.
If your smart luggage battery is removable, it should be removed before handing to us and stored (in the cabin as hand luggage) according to airline policy.
