The range of collection slots available to you will depend on your location, your airline, your departure airport and the time of your flight.
For most airlines, you need to be checked in and have your boarding pass in order for us to collect your bags. As check in normally opens 24 hours before your flight, this is the earliest we can collect your bags.
However, if you’re flying with British Airways from London Heathrow or London Gatwick we’ve now introduced earlier collection slots, which means we can collect your bags up to 72 hours prior to before the check in window opens.
You just need to make sure you check in as soon as the window opens, and before we hand your bags over to the airline.
You can check which collection slots are available to you for your flight by going to airportr.com and clicking ‘Book now’. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to check your collection slots and pricing before needing to enter any payment details.
