When you go to book, our booking engine will determine which collection slots are available for you. We can normally collect anything from 36 hours before your flight, and then we can offer between 1 hour and 6 hour slots on the day of collection.
What we can offer depends on a range of factors such as your location, airline, airport, and the time of your flight. We have to ensure we have enough time to safely collect, transport, and check-in your bags ready for your flight.
If you can’t see your preferred slot, it is probably because of one of these reasons:

There isn’t enough time for us to get to your address

There isn’t enough time between your preferred slot and your flight departure

We're fully booked on that day

Online check-in for your airline won’t be available at that time, and you need to be checked-in when we arrive for this flight
