When can I use Airportr?

We offer both an Arrivals and Departures product from a range of airports to make your travel experience easier.

Our Departures Product
We collect luggage from any home, hotel or office within our extensive service area, transport them securely to the airport, and check them in with your airline on your behalf. This allows you to travel “bag-free” to the airport, avoid check-in queues or congestion in the terminal, and head straight to security on arrival. 

Our Arrivals Product
After landing, we'll collect your bags from the carousel, clear them through Customs, and deliver them to their final destination, which can be any address within our delivery regions.

London Heathrow Airport (Departures only)

If you are flying with a different airline, SBB offers alternative baggage transportation services to Zurich Airport. These require you to collect your baggage from the SBB service point at the airport, and drop them off with your airline. Find out more here.
