How does it work?

Departures: Your bags from doorstep to plane

Choose a convenient pick-up slot, usually the day before your flight.

(Allow time to check in online). 

• We'll visually check Passengers' Identification and Scan all passenger documents.
• Then we Seal, Secure, and collect your bags for transport to the airport where we hand them over to your airline to complete check-in for your flight.
• You'll receive your digital airline baggage receipts as confirmation and can travel bag-free to the airport, skip the terminal queues, and head straight to security.

Arrivals: Your bags from the plane to the doorstep
You skip the baggage carousel and head straight to your home or hotel after landing.

• We'll collect your bags from the plane, clear them through Customs if needed, and deliver them to your final destination.
• You'll need to complete a passenger declaration to authorise us to clear the customer on your behalf and send us your digital airline bag tag numbers before boarding your flight.

Door to Door: Both services

Our door-to-door service means you can book both our Departures and Arrivals products allowing you to travel completely bag-free. This service is now available to customers travelling on the following routes:

• London to Geneva with British Airways
• London to Geneva or Zurich with SWISS
• Between Geneva and Zurich with SWISS
