How does it work?

We currently offer two products, our Arrivals and Departures service.

Departures: Your bags from doorstep to plane
Choose a convenient pick-up slot, usually the day before your flight. We'll seal, secure, and collect your bags from your doorstep, and check them in for your flight. You travel bag-free to the airport, skip the terminal queues, and head straight to security.

Arrivals: Your bags from plane to doorstep
You skip the baggage carousel and head straight to your home or hotel after landing. We'll collect your bags from the plane, clear them through Customs if needed, and deliver them to your final destination.
