When using our Arrivals service, you’ll need to complete some actions to ensure a smooth collection and delivery of your bags. It should take no more than a couple of minutes
Before you fly:
- Enter all passenger details: Add the name and airline booking reference of each passenger we are collecting bags from (once submitted this cannot be changed). This can be done by going to the Manage Booking page.
- Complete your e-declaration: this is a Customs requirement and must be completed before your flight to ensure your booking can be fulfilled.
Once you've checked your bags in:
Send us photos of your bag tags. These are unique identifiers given to each of your bags so we know which bags to collect on the carousel once you land. You can add these to your booking through the Manage Booking section.
What happens when you land:
You'll receive an SMS when our team have cleared customs. We'll provide you with an ETA for delivery in line with the delivery slot you've chosen.
