What do I do if my driver hasn't arrived within my delivery slot?
Your driver can arrive any time during your scheduled delivery slot. If you have selected a 3 hour or 6 hour delivery slot, on the day of delivery you'll get a shorter 2 hour window to help you plan your day around the delivery of your bags.
You’ll receive an SMS update when we have retrieved your luggage and cleared customs, and another once your bags have been allocated to your driver and dispatched for delivery.
You'll be able to see the scheduled time of your driver by going into Manage my Booking.
In the unlikely event that your driver has not arrived at the delivery address within your scheduled slot, you can get in touch with Customer Support who can reach out to your driver for you to find out if there is a delay.
