If your flight details have changed you'll need to cancel your existing booking and make a new one as you can't amend flight details once you've placed your booking.
You can cancel by logging into your Airportr account, searching for your upcoming booking and clicking "Edit Booking". Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Cancel booking".
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to two hours before the start of your scheduled collection slot. If you're unable to cancel your booking automatically, please contact Customer Support.
Can't find your flight?
If you're not able to find your flight unfortauntely this means we're not able to service it. Some routes/codeshare flights are unavailable, but we're working on expanding as quickly as we can.
