We need to be able to identify your bags when we come to collect them from the carousel, which is why we need your unique bag reference number, known as an IATA tag.
When you go to check-in your bags ready for the flight, the check-in agent will secure an IATA tag each of your bags. They will also give you a receipt for each bag which contains the same unique reference number and barcode.
A few hours before your flight departs, you'll receive a text message with a link to upload your IATA tags. Just tap on the link in the text message, and upload a photo showing these reference numbers (one for each bag you have).
