Fragile Items

We always recommend following your airline's recommendations for fragile items, and encourage you to take them in your hand luggage where possible.

However if you do want us to collect something fragile, make sure you add stickers or labels to mark it as fragile,. You can also ask your driver to add a "Fragile" sticker to your luggage, subject to availability.

As outlined in our T&Cs, we're not liable for anything fragile, but we will handle every piece of luggage with extreme care. However, once your luggage is handed over to the airline for your flight, it's no longer our responsibility and we cannot guarantee the same level of care.
