Hotel Collections

An Airportr partner driver will meet you at the main reception of the hotel in the time-slot you requested on your booking.

Drivers are not permitted to enter hotel rooms, so you will need to come with your bags and meet them at the reception.

Remember to make sure that the required passengers are present, you have all of their physical passports and everybody is checked in with boarding passes.

If you need to make changes to your time-slot or booking, you can do so by going to Manage Booking.
