How can I view or amend my booking?
You can easily view, amend, or cancel your booking by logging into your Airportr account.
- Go to the ‘View booking’ section.
- Select ‘Edit’ on the specific section of the booking you wish to change.
What changes can I make to my booking?
You can make changes to the following sections of your booking, based on capacity and availability at the time of your amendment:
When you select "edit bags," A list of remaining time slots will also be displayed. If you don’t need to change your time slot, simply update the number of bags and click confirm to save your changes.

How will I know if my changes are saved?
After making changes, refresh your account page to view all saved updates, including any pricing adjustments for bags added or removed.
Is there a deadline for making changes to my Departure booking?
- Yes! Departure bookings can be amended or cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the start of your collection slot.
- You also have a final chance to add or remove bags with the driver during collection.
- Charges or refunds will be processed accordingly.
