If the discount doesn’t apply when you enter the promo code on the payment screen, it could be that all available promotions have been claimed (if it's a limited offer), or the flight you’re searching for may not qualify for that particular code.
I have a promotion code for Vienna, but I don’t see the discount applied. Why?
