Airportr cannot collect hand luggage or carry-on luggage. We only handle checked baggage.

What happens to items I send with Airportr?

Any items collected by our driver will be checked into your flight as ‘checked baggage.’

Can I send my hand luggage and check it into the hold?

Yes, if you wish to send your hand luggage, it will be classified as checked baggage and will require the appropriate checked baggage allowance.

What should I do with my hand luggage during the flight?

Please ensure that any items you’ll need during the flight are kept with you, as we do not handle hand luggage.

Do I need a checked baggage allowance for items sent with Airportr?

Yes, all items sent with Airportr require the necessary checked baggage allowance to cover them.

Can I use special arrangements for checking in my hand luggage with Airportr?
