To add or remove a bag from your booking, please follow the steps below.
- Click on this link
AirPortr
- Login to your account.
- Select the Bookings tab.
- Select the booking in question.
- Click the edit link next to the number of bags.
- Scroll down to the section listing the type of baggage.
- Use the + and - icons to add or remove bags next to the relevant baggage type. Click Continue.
- If you are adding bag/s, there may be an additional cost shown on the checkout screen.
- If you are removing bag/s, there may be a partial refund shown on the checkout screen.
- If you are happy with the price adjustments, click Confirm and Pay
Please note, all refunds take up to five working days to clear into your payment method.
Baggage Delivery Bookings
If you have completed the customs declaration for your booking, it is not possible to make any changes. In the event you need to make changes after completing the declaration, please cancel your booking and create a new one.
Please note: It is not possible to make a baggage delivery booking less than 24 hours before your return flight is scheduled to depart.
If you have not yet completed the customs declaration for your booking and would like to add or remove bags, please follow the steps outlined above.
