To cancel your booking, please follow the steps below.
- Click on this link: AirPortr
- Log in to your account.
- Select the Bookings tab.
- Select the booking in question.
- Scroll down to the More Booking Options section.
- Click on Cancel Booking.
- Select a reason for cancellation.
- Click Cancel Booking.
Once you’ve completed the steps above, your booking will be cancelled, and you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Please note:
If the booking is cancelled more than 2 hours before the start of your collection window, a full refund will be issued automatically.
If your booking is cancelled less than 2 hours before the start of your collection window, it will not meet the terms for a refund.
