Why do I need to upload photos of my baggage tags?
We need to identify your bags when we come to collect them from the carousel. To do this, we require your unique bag reference number, known as the IATA tag.
When will I receive the SMS to upload my baggage tag photos?
You will receive an SMS with a link four hours before the departure of your return flight.
What should I do if I don’t receive the SMS?
If you do not receive the SMS or are unable to upload the photos via the link, you can upload them manually by logging into your account.
How do I upload my baggage tag photos through my account?
To upload your baggage tag photos, please follow these steps:
- Click on this link: AirPortr.
- Log in to your account.
- Select the Bookings tab.
- Choose the booking in question.
- Scroll down and click the Upload IATA Tag button.
- Upload the photos of your baggage tags.

Once you’ve completed the upload, your baggage tag photos will be saved, and your baggage can then be delivered as scheduled.

You can find your baggage tags on the receipt provided by the airline.
