Please ensure your luggage is in a check-in-ready state when our driver arrives. This includes securely packing your items and ensuring that no prohibited items are included.

What if I want my luggage wrapped?

If you would like your luggage wrapped, please ensure this is done prior to our driver’s arrival.

What happens if I include prohibited items in my luggage?

If any prohibited items are found during collection, we will not be able to proceed with the pickup. Please refer to your airline’s website for a list of prohibited items.
