Booking Departures: When collection is up to 24 hours before before you fly!

If you Book a luggage collection slot for the driver to arrive when; online check-in is available (up to 24 hours before you fly). You must have already completed the online check-in process and accessed your boarding pass(es) to use the service. 

• Schedule an Airportr baggage collection and track the driver from up to 1 hour ahead of your collection slot.

• Ensure you are checked in "Online" and have passports and boarding passes (printed or downloaded & ready) for each passenger as per the number of checked items & the airline's baggage allowance.  

• When we arrive tell us which items of luggage should be assigned to each passenger then we weigh and handle the safe and secure transport of your luggage to the airport, providing real-time tracking and updates.

• We'll also send you an email with the airline baggage receipts to confirm when your bags are physically accepted for your flight so you can travel stress-free.
