How to find my Arrival flight, availability & Prices
You can check for availability and the prices for Arrival services on the home screen by entering the following information:
- Airline
- Departure airport
- Arrival airport (Airport code)
- Departure date
- Number of bags
The next screen will show the services available based on your flight details.
- See how Pick-up, for the departure service is unavailable however, the Arrival service is highlighted. To continue click Get Price.
- Our booking system will search for and provide a flight list that matches your departure and arrival information. If your flight is a "connecting flight" you can select either 1 or 2+ stops to recalibrate your search.
- You can also enter your details directly in the "Search flight number" box for a specific flight with a partner airline.
- Click on the flight number that matches your trip to check the full flight details
- Select; This is my flight To Continue
- This is not my flight to try again. *Rember we only support trips with partner airlines*
Now you have confirmed your flight information, We'll need the delivery address to delivery your luggage. Choose from a Residential or Hotel address.
- Residential / Office: Enter the postcode and select from the automated address lookup.
- Hotel: Enter the hotel name and the location to generate a list of options.
Choose your Delivery date & Time slot.
Now that we have the delivery address we can provide prices based on the selected timeslot and availability. If you have a promotion code you can enter and apply it here to reflect your discount on the price list.
- Super Saver Slots (6 hour window, 2 hour ETD )
- Saver Slots (3 hour window)
- Premium Slots (1 hour window)
- Select your delivery window from the delivery slot options available. For more options click "later" to move to the next page of the list.
Confirm your Arrival Booking
Review all your booking details in the sidebar on the right of the screen or make changes before making a payment to confirm your reservation.
*Be sure to check you enter the correct email address for booking correspondence and updates.
- Enter the contact details for the lead passenger on the booking.
You will have the chance to add passengers once your booking is confirmed. We'll send you and email with your booking reference and a link to complete a Passenger Customs e-declaration where you can add passengers and the number of items each person will have for delivery.
Send us your luggage receipt numbers when departing to have your bags collected from the carousel when they arrive at selected Airports.
Once we have the bags, you'll get a notification SMS with an Estimated Time of Delivery and a link to track progress within your pre-booked slot.
