You can check the availability and prices for the Departures service on our home screen in a few minutes: You’ll need your flight details to hand. 

• Airline 
• Departure airport
• Arrival airport 
• Departure date 
• Number of bags

Based on your flight details we display the type of services that are available. 

• Departures only
• Arrivals only
• Door to door (Includes both Departure & Arrival)
• Click Get Price to continue.

Select the flight that matches the airline you will check in with.

• Direct flight or connecting with 1 or 2 stops
• Flight number
• Departure time

Select the type of Address: Residential or hotel 

Residential addresses: Start by entering the postcode to locate the full address.

Hotels: Enter the name of the hotel, our address locator should find the exact address.

• View the selected address location on the on-screen map.
• Check full address
• Click continue to progress or, go back to re-enter the address.

Check availability and choose a pick-up slots for your departure flight.

Choose what day you would like us to collect your luggage.

• My pick-up slot starts more than 24 hours hrs before departure 
• My pick-up slot is within 24 hours of my departure.

Pick what Collection slot you would like from our list &  view Prices 

• Saver slots: (3hours)  
• Premium slots (1 hour)
• Later (More slot options)
• If you have a Promotion code you can enter and apply it here to see the discounted price.

Easily review and amend or confirm your order, before choosing your payment method and entering the contact information for your  Aiportr Booking  and your Airportr Acount.

• View the final price 
• Use the sidebar to edit any previous page
• Free cancellation (Cut-off time for amendments & refunds)
• When you confirm your Airportr booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Airportr booking reference.
• We send regular updates via email and Sms leading up to the day of collection until your luggage has been checked in with the airline. 
• Check-in is confirmed when we send you a final email with the airline baggage receipts for each item. 
• Login to your Airportr account for booking information and to track progress.
