Booking Departures: Find my flight, check availability and Prices.

Check for availability and prices for Departures services in minutes using the home screen. You’ll just need your flight details to hand.

1. Visit the Airportr Website Booking Portal

• Go to the Airportr website on your PC, Laptop or mobile device.

2. Enter Your Flight Details

• Click on [Enter airline] to select your airline from the options available in the list.
• Enter the Departure Airport.
• Enter your Destination Airport.
• Enter the Departure date.
• Enter the number of checked bags. 

Check Availability 

• The next screen will highlight the services that are available for your flight.
• When the Departure option is available.
• Click Select Get price to continue 

3. Choose Your Pickup Location (when, where)

• You can enter your pickup address, such as your home, hotel, or office, and choose a convenient time slot for the luggage collection.

Pick a collection date: 

• More than 24 hours before departure.  
• Less than  24  hours before departure  

Choose a pick-up slot from the available options.

• Premium (1 hours)
• Saver        (3 hours)
• View Prices & Choose a slot between 7 am-10 pm

4. Select Your Luggage and Service Options

• Choose how many bags you’d like to send, and select luggage types  
• Child items, sports equipment,  Oversized items

5. Confirm and Pay

• Review your booking details, confirm the information is correct, and complete the payment using your preferred method. You’ll receive a booking confirmation and a tracking number to monitor your luggage’s journey.

And you're all set! You'll then receive updates as Airportr takes care of transporting your bags to the airport while you travel stress-free.
