Luggage Collection and Delivery
Airportr handles domestic and international flights, ensuring your luggage is safely delivered and checked in for your flight (departure service) or transported from the airport to your destination (arrival service).
Departures Service:
Airportr picks up your luggage from your home, hotel, or office and delivers it directly to the airport. They handle the check-in process, allowing you to travel without your bags.
Arrivals Service:
Airportr clears your luggage through customs after your flight lands and delivers directly to your destination (home, hotel, or office), so you don't have to wait at baggage claim.
Door to Door:
Book Departures and arrivals to have Airportr Collect and check in your luggage for your departing flight. We'll also collect and clear through customs before delivering to your (home, hotel, or office).
Priority Handling (First Class/Business Class)
For premium passengers, Airportr offers priority luggage handling. This ensures your bags are tagged with priority status and delivered promptly or handled with extra care at the airport.
Real-Time Tracking
Airportr offers a real-time tracking system, allowing you to stay updated on the status of your luggage from collection to delivery.
Excess Baggage Handling
If the airline finds any item of luggage to be over your ticketed allowance an excess baggage fee,
We will pay these charges on your behalf to avoid delays, and they will be automatically charged to your payment card. You will receive an email with both the AirPortr payment receipt and the airline-issued excess baggage receipt.
Customer Support & Assistance
In case of issues or queries, customer support is available via chat or email to assist with any concerns or questions about your luggage or booking. 7 days a week 6 am -10 pm.
