Departure Updates: Track my booking

We'll send you an SMS and an email with a link to track your Departure booking once we've collected your bags.

This link will also allow you to track your booking: https://track.airportr.com/

• Enter your Booking Reference, and Email address then click Track Booking to view updates and check the status of your luggage.

• When have checked in your luggage for your flight, we'll send confirmation by email containing the airline luggage receipts with the tracking references for each item. 
• You can also refer to the View bag tags link at the bottom of the tracking screen to see photos of your bags along with the airline tracking reference numbers.

Once you receive confirmation, you can skip the queues at the check-in desks & head through security bag-free knowing your luggage has been handed to the airline, loaded onto the plane and will be on the carousel at the destination airport when you arrive.

We aim to check in all bags at least 2 hours before departure. If you have any trouble receiving updates or accessing tracking information, contact our customer support team for assistance.
