Our Doorstep Check-In makes flying hassle-free by handling your luggage before you even get to the airport.

• Choose a time slot that suits you — we collect from any address within our service area.

• Our friendly driver arrives at your chosen time (usually the day before your flight), checks your ID, then seals and secures your bags.

• You’ll receive digital bag receipts via email and SMS once your bags are checked in.

2. Arrival Service – Bags Delivered to Your Door

Where It’s Available:

• Only on flights between London Heathrow or Gatwick and Zurich or Geneva.
