Airportr allows you to book secure luggage collection and delivery services for eligible flights, helping you travel hands-free and avoid check-in queues. This guide outlines how to complete a booking, from checking availability to payment confirmation.
1. Confirm Service Availability
Before making a booking, confirm that Airportr is available for your journey:

Supported services: Departure (luggage collection and airline check-in) and Arrival (luggage delivery).

Supported locations: London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Zurich, Geneva, Frankfurt, and Vienna.

Supported airlines: Airportr works only with selected partner airlines.

2. Begin the Booking Process
To start your booking:

Go to airportr.com.

Select Book now.
-
Choose Departure or Arrival service.

Enter your flight details:

Airline

Flight number

Travel date

Airport

Confirm the number of bags you want to check in or have delivered.
3. Enter Collection or Delivery Details
Once your flight is validated:

For Departure Service:

Enter your collection postcode and address.

Select a collection date and time slot.

For Arrival Service:

Enter your delivery postcode and address.

Select a delivery date and time slot.

Upload a photo of your bag tag (if required).

4. Select a Time Slot
Airportr offers different types of time slots:

Super Saver – 6-hour window (with a 2-hour ETA)

Saver – 3-hour window

Premium – 1-hour window
Prices vary depending on time slot selection and location.
5. Provide Passenger and ID Details
During the booking:

Add the names of all travelling passengers using the service.

Upload or confirm ID documentation where required (e.g. passport).

Confirm online airline check-in is completed before collection.
6. Review and Confirm Your Booking
Before proceeding to payment:

Review all booking details: address, flight, time slot, number of bags.

Apply any promotional codes at checkout.

Read and agree to Airportr’s terms and conditions.
7. Complete Your Payment
To finalise your booking:

Enter your card details via the secure payment portal.
