It’s important that all required passengers checking-in bags are present for the duration of your scheduled collection slot.
Our drivers operate busy schedules, and are unable to wait more than 15 minutes at your address. At that point the driver will need to move on to their next collection, and we’ll be unable to refund or re-schedule your booking.
Who needs to be present?
For most airlines, the lead passenger on the Airportr booking needs to be present when we collect the bags. We still need to see boarding passes and passports of all passengers on the booking.
All passengers must be present if:
- you're travelling with Virgin Atlantic
- you're travelling with American Airlines
- you're travelling with Swiss to the US
