We will need to see the passports and boarding passes (either printed or digital) of all passengers checking-in bags.
The only exceptions to this are:
- Passengers travelling on domestic flights in the UK, where an approved photo ID (e.g. driving licence) and boarding pass can be presented.
- Collection time is more than 24 hours before the check-in window opens. If you are travelling with British Airways from London Heathrow or London Gatwick or with Swiss from Zurich or Geneva. We can accept your baggage subject to reservation, provided you check in online as soon as the airline check-in window opens.
Don't forget, you can access Manage my booking to view and amend details on your existing bookings!
