We will need to see the passports and boarding passes (either printed or digital) of all passengers checking-in bags.
The only exceptions to this are:
- Passengers traveling on UK domestic itineraries, where an approved photo ID (such as a driving license) and boarding pass can be shown.
- If you're flying with British Airways from London Heathrow or London Gatwick and your collection slot is more than 24 hours before the check-in window opens. In these cases, we can conditionally accept your luggage, providing you check-in as soon as the check in window opens.
