Yes, you can show either a printed copy or a digital version of your boarding pass when we come to collect your bags.
The collections agent will need to scan the barcode on the boarding pass to make sure it matches the details we have on file.
If you do not have a barcode on your boarding pass, this means you are not fully checked in. In these cases you will need to speak with the airline directly, as we cannot collect your bags without it.
