For most airlines, the lead passenger on the AirPortr booking needs to be present when we collect the bags. We'll need to verify your documents, along with your passport. You'll also need to make sure you're checked in.
All passengers must be present if:
- you're travelling with Virgin Atlantic
- you're travelling with American Airlines
- you're travelling with Swiss to the US
If these requirements aren't met, we won't be able to collect your luggage and will have to cancel the booking which is non-refundable if you don't notify us of any issues at least 2 hours before your collection window starts.
