Does all of my travel party need to be present when you come to collect my bags?

For most airlines, the lead passenger on the AirPortr booking needs to be over 18 years of age and must be present to provide authorisation for us to collect the bags.

We'll need to verify your documents, along with your passport and you'll also need to make sure you're checked in with your airline. 

All passengers must be present if:

- Travelling with Virgin Atlantic

- Travelling with American Airlines

- Travelling with Swiss to the US

If these requirements aren't met, we won't be able to collect your luggage and will have to cancel the booking which is non-refundable if you don't notify us of any issues at least 2 hours before your collection window starts.
