We'll collect and check-in anything that complies with your airline's hold baggage policy and is in line with your allowance. Whether it's a travel cot, a pair of skis, or your suitcase, we can collect it for you!
If we collect items from you that your airline subsequently refuses to check-in, you will be liable for any fees to cover the cost of returning the items to you.
What we can't collect:
Anything over 32kg
If a bag is over 32kg it will be rejected by your airline as this is the maximum weight a single piece of luggage can be.
Prohibited items
In line with international regulations and airline policies, we cannot collect bags that contain anything prohibited. You'll be asked to sign a declaration when we collect your bags confirming you have nothing prohibited.
For information on banned or restricted items, please visit your airline’s website.
Hand luggage
We're not able to collect hand luggage as anything we check-in for you goes directly into the hold. Please make sure anything you'll need whilst on the plane is kept with you.
