When you book our services you can select a 1 hour, a 3 hour, or a 6 hour slot, depending on what your flight qualifies for.
If you've booked a 3 or 6 hour slot, you'll be given a shorter 2-hour window on the day, and you'll receive both e-mail and SMS updates letting you know when your driver is on their way.
You can see your driver’s location, name, and photo by clicking on the personalised tracking link that we send to you.
This can also be viewed from 1 hour before your pick-up slot when you go to Manage My Booking and select Track Booking.
We'll also let you know when your driver has arrived. Remember to be ready with your bags packed from the start of your pick-up slot. Our drivers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes before moving on to their next collection.
Getting in touch with your driver
Should you wish to get in touch with your driver on the day of collection you may do so via the contact points below.
Flying from London Gatwick or Heathrow:

Someone will get back to you within 15 minutes during collection hours.
Everywhere else:
Reach out to the Airportr Customer Support team who will contact the driver team on your behalf.
