If you ask us to check-in bags beyond your allowance, the airline will apply an excess baggage charge when we check them in at the airport.
We’ll pay the fee on your behalf to avoid any issues checking-in your bags, and this amount will be automatically recharged to your payment card. We will email your Airportr payment receipt, as well as the airline-issues excess baggage receipt.
Please note if you want us to collect a bicycle, you'll need to make sure you've booked it with your airline first as your airline may not be able to accept it if it's not already pre-booked. You may be asked to present proof of this during collection and if you can't, we may not be able to collect your bicycle. We cannot accept e-bikes.
