You can't amend your booking once your customs declaration has been complete. You'll need to cancel your booking and make a new one.
Before completing the customs declaration, you can make changes by going to Manage Booking and selecting the booking, then clicking "Edit Booking". You can change:
- The number of bags
- Passenger information
- The delivery address
- The delivery (window)
You can also cancel your booking by scrolling down to the bottom, and you can resend your booking confirmation.
Bookings can be amended or cancelled free of charge, up to 2 hours before your flight is due to departure (for the Arrival / delivery service).
