A customer can make changes to their booking by logging into their airportr account, selecting 'View booking' and then 'Edit' on the section of the booking you wish to change.
It is possible to make changes to the following sections of your booking (based on capacity and availability at the time of your amendment):
- Number of bags (Can also be added with our driver during collection)
- Time of your collection or delivery
- Contact details (email / telephone number)
Bookings can be amended or cancelled free-of-charge, up to 2 hours before the start of your collection slot (for the departure service), or 2 hours prior to your flight departure (for the arrival service).
The following information cannot be changed once your booking has been confirmed, however you can cancel your existing order and then rebook your AirPortr collection with your new flight details:
- Flight Number
- Departure date
- Collection date
- Airport of departure
